Thinking of Pacita Abad’s body of work, descriptors such as exuberant, bold, vibrant, and urgent were top of mind when making decisions regarding the exhibition identity. Using abstract details from her work in the show not only achieved this but also added a very personal touch to the identity. With these graphics being large-scale, it was imperative the resolution, color quality, and vibrancy of the vinyl reproductions stayed as true to the original artwork as possible.
